Sachi provides individual services focused on helping others become empowered through self-awareness, positive change, while healing from past mistakes, hurts and trauma. Sachi is trained in evidence based practices that reduce suicidiality, persistent mental illness and personal crisis. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).

Sachi Baird has over two decades of working with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Sachi has worked closely with adolescents and adults as well as supporting, training and intervening during mental health crisis side by side with law enforcement agencies throughout all of Horry County.
